RESPONSIBILITIES:Identifies legal requirements and government regulations affecting business functions.Ensures Human Resources policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.

Will ensure internal and external compliance for HR functions such as total compensation, full employment lifecycle, and employee relations.Responsible for creating and driving strategies including but not limited to succession planning, talent management, and total compensation to align with the President's business objectives.Prepares and monitors KPIs to support the President's strategic plan and other business objectives.

Acts as the Corporate Compliance Officer for Code of Conduct and behavioral performance requirements and coordinates with other business units.Manages, develops, and motivates the Human Resources Department directly or through subordinate managers.Manages HR data and analytics to drive business decisions.

Acts as the company's legal liaison for coordinating, managing, and communicating activities driven by corporate.Successfully builds and maintains cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Other duties as required.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Education/Experience:8-10 years HR Management experience w/relevant bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration) OR6-8 years HR Management experience w/relevant graduate degree.

Certified Senior professional, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or GPHR.Manufacturing experience required, Semiconductor preferred.Experience Cont.: Excellent knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Experience developing effective compensation and benefits programs.Strong business acumen.Outstanding organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Working knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN, and PDCA processes.

Must have a continuous improvement and learning/growth mindset.Intermediate to advanced expertise with Microsoft 360 and relevant programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
