As the GM, you will be responsible for developing innovative compliance training, Code of Conduct and other offerings that differentiate NAVEX from other risk and compliance providers, as well interfacing with other departments to drive go-to-market excellence and overall success of the business.We Offer You:An Inspiring Culture. Competitive and transparent pay practices, wellbeing programs and benefits with choiceWhat You Will Do:Lead all aspects of our GRC content business, including but not limited to, driving growth, profitability, and market share while also fostering a high-performing and collaborative team cultureDevelop and implement strategic plans for business growth and expansion of NAVEX content business, including training, code of conduct and awareness materialsTrack progress against goals and adjust as neededConduct market research, analyze competitive trends, identify new growth opportunities and inform content development, packaging, marketing and delivery teamsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, R&D, and industry partnersOversee all aspects of training and code of conduct content development and delivery, ensuring high-quality and engaging learning experiencesDevelop and act on end-to-end operational metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in content developmentPromote effective go-to-market processes to maximize commercial resultsEnsure accurate assessments of competitive capabilities to prioritize product development and sales positioningInterface with e-learning platforms and authoring tools specifically suited for ethics and compliance training to drive solution and GTM partnershipsMonitor and analyze training effectiveness through data-driven metrics, showing customers value of NAVEX training through benchmarksWhat You Will Need:A bachelor's degree and prior work-related experience or equivalentProven success growing content and training businesses, demonstrating ability to meet business goals for growth and customer retention15+ years of experience in training and content, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity at a content vendorEthics and compliance training and content experience highly desiredStrong leadership skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks, and implement strategic plans to deliver targeted business outcomesProven collaboration skills with a strong track record working in a matrixed environment, successfully leading by influence and partnering with other departmentsExperience with driving differentiation and success across both SMB and enterprise training markets is a plusCertifications or relevant qualifications in ethics, compliance, or instructional design would be a bonusExcellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and a commitment to engage with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgroundsWe believe each member of our team deserves to see a path forward to achieving their career and financial goals.Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.
